Position Overview Outbound Sales Consultant – Fuelcards, Melbourne, VIC – Full Time. Fuelcard offers Australia's smartest fuel payment solution. Responsibilities You’ll be making a variety of calls including outbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and convert within targeted levels. You’ll deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that drive high levels of open‑ended commission earnings. Engage & Connect – Cold call leads provided by our Marketing team and be the first touchpoint in helping Aussie businesses streamline their fuel and fleet expenses. Drive Sales – Build rapport quickly, qualify leads, pitch Fleetcard's value, and close deals that make a real impact. Smash Your Targets – Hit your sales KPIs, exceed daily activity goals, and enjoy the rewards that follow. Own Your Pipeline – Manage leads through CRM, follow up proactively, and craft personalized strategies to convert interest into action. Be the Expert – Learn and talk confidently about our products and benefits so you can handle objections and offer real solutions. Qualifications Confident communicator with a passion for talking to people. Thrives in a competitive, target‑driven environment. Can bounce back from a “no” and keep moving forward. Self‑motivated, results‑focused, loves closing a sale. Brings positive vibes and loves celebrating wins together. Experience in outbound sales or a call centre environment (bonus but not required).
