About the Role We’re seeking motivated, target-oriented sales professionals who thrive in high-performance environments. As an Outbound Sales Consultant (Tele-Fundraising) , you’ll engage members of the public in meaningful conversations that inspire ongoing financial support for some of the world’s most recognised charities. If you love hitting KPIs, enjoy converting conversations into results, and want your success to drive real‑world change this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Engage prospective donors via outbound calls using approved scripts and brand guidelines Apply selling techniques to maximise conversion rates Achieve and exceed individual KPIs across key metrics Contribute to a positive, competitive, and collaborative team environment Skills and Requirements Proven success in a sales, fundraising, or KPI-driven role Confident communicator with strong influencing and closing ability over the phone Resilient, self-motivated, and outcome-focused Excellent listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing campaigns or targets Strong computer and system navigation skills Backpackers or professionals seeking meaningful, performance-based work are encouraged to apply No sales experience?
