Bring Ideas to Life with CAD: Turn your ideas into reality by designing and refining models using CAD software, forming the backbone of robust and innovative simulation workflows. See Your Work Come Alive: Collaborate with engineers in prototyping and testing, using your simulation findings to predict performance and influence real‑world validation. Become a Trusted Authority: Share your insights by contributing to technical reports, specifications, and documentation, making complex data accessible and impactful to shape meaningful decisions. You Have Recently completed your degree (Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship. Demonstrated experience in simulation and related software through projects, research, or work experience, with a focus on areas like mechanical, electric field, magnetic, thermal, or motion simulation. Familiarity with CAD tools (experience with Siemens NX is a plus). A solid understanding of mechanical design fundamentals (stress, loads, materials, tolerances, manufacturability). Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills to explain technical results clearly. A proactive approach and eagerness to get hands‑on in the R&D lab, collaborating to bring designs to life.
