Cosmic Group are pleased to announce that as a result of significant demand and continuous growth we are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead operations on a major wind farm project in Australia. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of wind farm construction and operational activities. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive project performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction and operational activities Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Coordinate with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies Implement and enforce safety procedures and environmental compliance Lead and manage on-site personnel, fostering a culture of performance and accountability Skills and Experience Proven experience (5+ years) managing large-scale wind farm projects Strong knowledge of renewable energy construction and operations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Australian HSE regulations and standards Engineering or Construction Management qualification preferred Must be eligible to work in Australia across various remote and regional locations as required (specific site to be confirmed) We are an equal opportunities organisation, that supports your career, growth and development.
