CSA seeks an Executive Officer to support its 49 member schools on 50 campuses across NSW/ACT and facilitate the continued growth and strength of the sector. Role involves: championing and advocating for the cause of Christian schooling understanding and supporting the unique needs of independent Christian schools ensuring the roll out of CSA resources and professional development to members in keeping with the CSA Christian Schools Architecture. EOs are appointed in each state to participate in the broad National Agenda, and are called to: Ensure the continued growth and fruitfulness of the Christian schooling movement and the strategic vision and direction of CSA by retaining an outward focus, generational appropriateness, and cultural awareness. Preserve the biblical distinctiveness of schools through the continued development of distinctively Christian approaches to policy, educational practice, resources and services, employment, training, and community development. Preserve and enhance the freedom to operate Christian Schools in Australia through effective representation to governments, regulators and other bodies. Key attributes: A strong personal and faith and clarity of Christian perspective Strong leadership with executive level experience Self-motivated with an ability to deliver complex projects Highly relational with strong communication, networking, and presentation skills The successful applicant will have: An understanding of CSA and passion for Christian education Demonstrated ability to network and form relationships with keystakeholders A comprehensive understanding of the Christian schooling sector Knowledge of the educational and regulatory landscape in NSW/ACT Ability to travel and contribute both locally and nationally Full application requirements are outlined in the Application Package. be forwarded a copy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
