Your new role We are looking for a Student Assistant to support a senior leader in the Global Patient Safety area. This is a unique opportunity for a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing administrative and organizational support to a leader to ensure smooth daily operations. Your primary work tasks will be: Planning, coordination, and follow‑up with employees, stakeholders, and vendors Analysing KPIs and preparing relevant reports Screening and prioritising emails Creating professional presentations and slides Performing administrative tasks across various systems The position is 15 hour per week. Your skills and qualifications We’re seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Currently studying at bachelor level within Biotech, Information Technology, Business Administration (e.g. HA(mat.)/HA(IT.)) or similar fields Proficient in MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint to create slides Experience in R&D within Pharma is an advantage (not a requirement) Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required As a person you have a structured and organised approach to work.
