We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team in January 2026. In this role, you will support the global Head of DEI in daily tasks and ongoing projects. You will also have the opportunity to run your own projects, contributing ideas and solutions that foster inclusion and belonging at Demant. You will collaborate with the Head of DEI, DEI Consultant, and colleagues across Leadership & Organisational Development, gaining hands‑on experience in both DEI and leadership initiatives. Your Role As Student Assistant, you will: Assist with the implementation of DEI initiatives across business areas. Help develop learning materials, communication content, and conversation tools for leaders and employees. Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and help organise DEI events and activities. Maintain and update DEI resources, such as SharePoint and toolkits. Collect DEI data and feedback to inform ongoing efforts. Run your own projects within DEI, with guidance from the team. This position is located at our headquarters in Smørum. A valid Danish work permit is required. What you bring Interest in inclusion, fair opportunity and diversity.
