Contract Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator Supporting Corporate, Local Government and Government clients across Australia Contract role commencing 2026 (ongoing) People Tank is expanding our network of expert facilitators to meet the growing demand for capability uplift in Diversity and Inclusion across Australian organisations. We are seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion facilitator who brings deep expertise, practical insight and a genuine passion for creating meaningful change. Someone who knows how to shift thinking, build confidence in leaders, and guide organisations towards more inclusive cultures through thoughtful, practical learning experiences. About the Role This contract role is to support ad hoc and ongoing requirements at People Tank. You will deliver a mix of in-person and virtual training sessions for leaders and teams across Corporate, Local Government and Government environments. Your experience in facilitating dynamic DEI conversations will help participants explore real workplace challenges, understand lived experiences and build skills that translate into measurable behavioural change. You will also bring strong capability in designing custom program content, tailoring workshops and learning experiences to meet the needs of each client. Your deep knowledge across DEI, cultural awareness, psychological safety, accessibility, unconscious bias, allyship and inclusive leadership will ensure clients receive training that is relevant, contemporary and backed by real experience. What You’ll Be Doing Facilitating high-impact DEI training sessions in person and via virtual platforms Supporting learning initiatives across topics such as inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, understanding diversity, accessibility, psychological safety and respectful workplaces Designing and adapting program content to meet client needs, ensuring a practical and human-centred learning experience Working alongside other People Tank consultants on our team to deliver consistent, engaging and evidence-based solutions for clients where scale is required (multiple sites, and multiple facilitators) Showing flexibility and confidence to work across multiple industries and leadership levels. What You Bring Extensive experience delivering Diversity and Inclusion programs, ideally across Corporate or Government settings Strong facilitation skills, including confidence in leading complex or sensitive conversations Experience in client communication and engagement – you're happy to join meetings to ensure the training we deliver mirrors your expertise, and the outcomes our clients are looking for Experience designing or tailoring DEI learning content A passion for creating inclusive workplaces and supporting leaders to grow their capability A collaborative working style, with a commitment to shaping positive change Ability to work across a flexible, contract-based delivery model A true hunger to build inclusive workplaces where leaders and teams thrive, and we make a lasting difference to their cultural uplift.
