Night Shift Client Outcome Facilitator Pay : $54 / hr + weekend penalty rates + super Location : Brisbane Contract Type : Full-time hours (4 x Night Shifts per week) | Month-to-month contract | ASAP start on rotating roster We're partnering with a community services organisation in Brisbane to recruit a Night Shift Client Outcomes Facilitator. In this contract night-shift role, you'll support vulnerable clients by providing information, support and referral within the framework of approved case management plans. If you enjoy meaningful, client-facing work, are comfortable working nights, and want to play a direct role in improving people's independence and wellbeing, this is a great opportunity. About the Role As a Night Shift Client Outcome Facilitator, you'll support clients overnight to ensure they feel safe and informed. You will provide holistic support and practical assistance aligned with each person's case management plan. You'll work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity between day and night services and contributing to a calm, trauma-informed environment. Why You’ll Enjoy This Role / Benefits Full-time hours on a dedicated night shift roster $54 per hour Time-and-a-half penalty rates on Saturdays Double-time penalty rates on Sundays Month-to-month contract with ASAP start Opportunity to work directly with clients and see real-time impact Supportive team culture and clear case management frameworks Key Responsibilities Provide client support overnight in line with approved case management plans Assist clients to reconnect with community, services and supports through information and referral Focus on client needs and foster capacity, confidence and independence Advocate on behalf of clients to help them navigate services and systems Deliver holistic, person-centred support that considers social, emotional and practical needs Contribute to a safe, respectful and calm environment throughout the night Maintain accurate, timely case notes and records in accordance with organisational procedures Work collaboratively with daytime teams and external services to ensure continuity of care What You’ll Bring Minimum Certificate III in Community Services or related field Current Blue Card (Working with Children) Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Current driver's licence Availability to work full-time night shifts, including weekends Ability to commence as soon as possible Desirable Experience in homelessness, mental health, AOD, crisis accommodation or similar settings Understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice Experience working with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds About Us Tradewind Australia partner with values-driven community organisations to connect skilled practitioners with roles that genuinely make a difference.
