As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist, you will join our global DEI team and be embedded within the regional People and Culture team to drive our ambitious DEI agenda. You will provide expert advice, manage programs and change initiatives, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to create an inclusive environment that empowers individuals to explore what's possible and deliver to their greatest potential. Your role will involve supporting employee network groups, developing impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on communication, transformation projects and managing external partnerships to maximise learnings and best practices. What you offer 3-5 years’ diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives Ability to empower, engage and collaborate with colleagues at all levels Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching and influencing Expertise in planning and coordinating strategic projects and strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills Experience managing and supporting employee network groups and committees.
