Consult with university clients directly to help them maximise value from their investment in NousCubane solutions and lead best practice roundtables along with contributing to the facilitation of key client events in ANZ. In 2023 Nous was again named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work, and was recognised as one of LinkedIn’s best places to grow a career, as a LinkedIn Top Company (Australia), and have previously been named Best Management Consulting Firm by the Australian Financial Review.As a Senior Manager, you will:Coach and develop team members to enable performance excellence, identify team goals and track progressDesign, deliver and oversee analysis supporting NousCubane activities for ANZ clientsLead the development of analysis and generate insightLead and monitor development of client reports including university executive briefings, regional reviews, best practice roundtables and steering committeesLead the delivery and facilitation of client presentations, workshops and eventsLead the development of best practice case studiesSupport the development of new applications of UniForum data that generate insight for clientsIdentify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the NousCubane businessDevelop specialist expertise within areas of NousCubane IP and business processes and contribute to the development of new knowledge that supports the regional and global businessManage individual client relationships by building productive relationships, including with Program Managers, Functional Owners and Academic StakeholdersActively support the development of new businessA bit about you:Strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Economics, Finance or similarExceptional verbal and written communication skillsRelationship builder, with proven experience developing teams, and contributing to new and/or existing client development opportunities.
