You will drive the growth of the social product within DRUM and will help manage and train up junior members of the team.What will you do?Use your strong understanding of the social media landscape, behavioural trends and technical know-how to work across all relevant platforms within this ever-evolving areaLead all things social strategy for some of Australia's biggest brands, driving growth.Ensures best practices are applied each and every time to influencer marketing, social media strategy and implementation and digital collaborations.Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including client and other SBUs within the groupManage your team's social product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing.Develop, support, and motivate Junior team membersWork closely with the Director of Projects and Operations to identify, nurture, and grow existing clients.Who are you?Proven experience in a social media position, ideally within an agency environmentExperience owning and leading the social media productExperience mentoring or managing staffExceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level.Strong understanding of the social media landscape and in depth understanding of social media strategy.Strong technical skills across platforms such as brandwatch, sprout social, roy morgan and all social media platforms.Sound like a role for you?
