Temporary residents and visa holders are welcome to apply Fully maintained company vehicle (personal and business use) Attractive salary package , generous remote living allowance , and high‑performance bonus structure The Role As a Technical Representative / Mechanical Engineer, you will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor to mining clients. You will combine engineering knowledge with practical field experience to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and support customers across site operations. This role suits a mechanical engineer, experienced fitter, assembler, or hydraulics specialist ready to transition into a senior technical and customer‑focused position. Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose and document mechanical and hydraulic technical issues for mining customers Provide practical, site‑based technical advice and troubleshooting support Coach, educate and train customers and end users on products, applications and best practices Define customer requirements by engaging directly with site teams, engineers and decision‑makers Manage inventory requirements and maintain accurate technical documentation Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through technical credibility Support sales outcomes by delivering technically sound, value‑driven solutions Address technical barriers impacting sales and project execution Work closely with product development and engineering teams to deliver proofs‑of‑concept (POCs) Prepare and deliver clear, professional technical presentations to customers Represent Alfagomma confidently and professionally in meetings and site engagements About Alfagomma Alfagomma is a global leader in industrial hydraulics, mining, and fluid‑handling solutions.
