The Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Marketing Manager to lead this next chapter, shaping how Bitesoft looks, sounds, and grows as we expand globally. This is a hands‑on leadership role where strategy meets creativity. You’ll drive campaign direction, guide our in‑house creative output, manage performance across paid and organic channels, and help translate our vision into a cohesive global brand experience. Key Responsibilities Lead overall marketing and creative strategy from concept to campaign rollout. Oversee and develop social content and ensure it aligns with brand tone and creative direction. Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns; brief and test new ad creatives regularly. Collaborate with agencies on email, SEO, and Google Ads to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Analyse campaign data to identify insights and guide future creative and spend. Plan and execute seasonal and launch campaigns from idea to execution. Maintain and evolve Bitesoft’s brand identity across all touchpoints. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years experience in marketing, creative direction, or brand strategy. Strong understanding of paid social and modern digital marketing. Excellent taste and creative judgment; you know what good looks like. Experience managing a small creative team and external partners. Analytical mindset, able to balance intuition with data‑driven decisions. Organised, proactive, and able to move quickly from concept to launch. Shape the marketing and creative direction of a growing modern health tech brand. Work directly with the founders to bring big ideas to life. Hybrid working model (office or remote). Collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team environment.
