Position: Maintenance Manager – Regional Operations Location: Horsham – Victoria Type: Full‑time position Additional: Tool of trade / company work vehicle will be supplied for tool fit out and travelling purposes where required. Responsibilities Servicing, repairs, and diagnostic work of our fleet Liaising with external providers to ensure major repairs are completed in a timely manner Be able to problem solve, troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement Accurate paperwork and maintenance of records Actively participate in required meetings Attend to, rectify and report any equipment breakdowns immediately Ensure major plant inspections and major repairs are planned and scheduled Working collaboratively with the Operations and other team members Able to work unassisted Call outs required Qualifications / Experience Required Mechanical trade certification (Preferred) Prior experience in managing large fleet maintenance requirements Excellent knowledge of the diagnostic, repair and breakdown support 3+ years experience as a heavy vehicle/trailer mechanic Previous fleet and trailer maintenance and servicing experience Previous breakdown support experienceHR licence Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people Sound skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint We require someone who is honest, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, a team player and has the ability to follow instructions and communicate information to the fleet maintenance team.
