In this role, you’ll be at the heart of festival operations, enabling audiences to access the events they’re most excited about and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Come work for Australia's boldest literary festival and help us shape the next chapter. You’ll: Manage end‑to‑end ticketing set‑up and reporting Lead box office ticketing during the festival Deliver exceptional customer service to ticket buyers Work closely with marketing and programming You’ll bring: Strong experience with ticketing systems and platforms Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to optimise and contribute to financial performance Why Join Us?
