Principal Duties and Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee everything from ticketing event builds and box‑office services to financial performance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless service delivery and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our audiences. Oversee sales functions in Tessitura and ensure ongoing delivery of associated website requirements. Ensure timely processing of ticket requests and distribution of tickets to customers. Take responsibility for smooth and efficient running of our CRM and ticketing systems. Create and manage appropriate sales pathways, manage season packages and subscriber requirements. Optimize inventory and action special offers within the marketing and communication team. Work with the Executive Director, Artistic Director and Head of Marketing and Communication to advise on ticketing prices to reach budget goals. Through close analysis of our data and market segmentation provide relevant advice and support that informs our marketing and communication strategies for continued growth and enhancement. Requirements Experience with Tessitura ticketing databases. Experience analysing CRM and related data to drive optimisation. Demonstrated ability in leading, developing and implementing high‑level and effective ticketing policies and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. Demonstrated ability to coordinate the event build team to efficiently achieve multiple event builds and resultant workflows across a range of venues and events on time. Ability to establish programming solutions to test new subscription packages. Ability to streamline and/or troubleshoot existing subscription transactions. Strong planning, scheduling and analytical skills. Dedicated focus on attention to detail and numeracy. Ability to work collaboratively across a range of discipline areas. Team support with excellent social skills. Highly developed event and venue ticketing knowledge, experience and skills, including knowledge and understanding of industry codes of practice and applicable legislation.
