About the Organisation Justice Health NSW is a state‑wide, Board‑governed Specialty Network delivering healthcare services to adults and young people who come into contact with, or are at risk of coming into contact with, the criminal justice system. Our services operate across secure inpatient, custodial, court and community settings. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Early Intervention Clinician to join our Adolescent Forensic Mental Health – Early Intervention Team, supporting the School‑Link and Teen Got It initiatives. This role works at the intersection of mental health, education, families and justice, delivering early intervention programmes that support vulnerable young people and reduce the likelihood of ongoing mental health challenges and justice system involvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based early intervention programmes, including School‑Link and Teen Got It Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of young people and their families or carers. Provide individual and group interventions via face‑to‑face and telehealth modalities. Offer clinical consultation to key stakeholders including schools, CAMHS, Youth Justice and internal Justice Health teams. Exercise independent professional judgement in complex clinical scenarios. Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians and students. Contribute to service development, evaluation, research and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain outcome measures and report to support ongoing service evaluation. Salary and Benefits Salary in line with your grade classification plus superannuation.
