Customer Service Representative - Rouse Hill IMB Limited Wollongong, Wollongong, Illawarra and South Coast NSW Banking - Retail/Branch (Banking and Financial Services) Part time Monday to Friday, part time afternoon hours Start your banking career with a community minded and trusted bank No banking experience required, full training provided. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Rouse Hill branch, providing great service and support to IMB customers. This part time position would suit someone looking for work/life balance, with mornings to yourself. The Role Having conversations and interactions with members via all channels (in person, online and over the phone) and assisting them with their banking and insurance enquiries Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms, cash handling and balancing Working with your Manager and team to collectively achieve the branch goals and objectives Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures and carry out administrative duties Part time hours, working Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 12.15pm-5.15pm. Thursdays alternating 11.15am-7.15pm and 2.15pm-7.15pm. The Person Available to work part time Monday-Friday Experience in sales and service Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry An aptitude for technology and proficient in MS Office programs/apps Honesty and integrity and take pride in diligently following procedures and policy in a regulated financial environment A flexible approach in the workplace, can take initiative, prioritise work and problem solve to complete daily work requirements A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers as well as work with and support a team.
