As part of the Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll set the vision and pace for ahm’s brand — building campaigns, content, PR and partnerships that spark conversation and create real impact. This isn’t just about traditional brand communications — it’s about building movements. You’ll embed brand into every touchpoint, lead a high‑performing team, and help shape ahm’s future as a lifestyle services brand. What you’ll do Lead and embed ahm’s brand strategy across all member and employee touchpoints. Create bold PR strategies that drive awareness and conversation. Develop content and social strategies that connect with culture and members. Deliver creative excellence through campaigns that drive growth and emotional connection. Partner across Communications, Product, Service and People teams to embed brand everywhere. Represent ahm Brand in enterprise forums and leadership meetings. Inspire and lead the Brand Experience team with clarity, creativity and care. What you’ll bring 10+ years in senior brand leadership roles with expertise in PR, creative strategy, content and cultural positioning. Proven experience leading brand transformation and building commercially impactful strategies. Strong PR and communications background with a track record of creating moments that drive conversation and brand love. Ability to lead and inspire high‑performing teams with a people‑first approach. Experience navigating complex, regulated environments and stakeholder landscapes. Energy and passion for creating meaningful brand experiences and driving growth. A proactive mindset—you don’t just spot opportunities, you make them happen. A collaborative spirit and the confidence to contribute beyond your role, shaping the success of the entire Marketing function.
