1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants This is a brilliant opportunity for an integrated Account Manager/PR Consultant to work across some of the biggest global brands in the world — delivering standout integrated campaigns with culture-led, earned storytelling at their heart. You’ll bring energy, confidence and a curious mind to help shape proactive PR and content-led work across product launches, always‑on earned, business storytelling, influencer campaigns, content production, events and activations. What You’ll Do Lead delivery of integrated culture-led campaigns across earned media, influencers, partnerships, activations and more Build strong client relationships and be a trusted go-to for updates, insights and strategic input Write and pitch compelling media stories that land headlines and drive buzz Own timelines and logistics to keep campaigns on track and executed to a high standard Support and mentor junior team members in day‑to‑day campaign delivery Collaborate with Thrive’s studio, creative, strategy and influencer teams to deliver seamless integrated work Contribute to creative brainstorms and new business pitches with energy and fresh thinking What You’ll Bring 3–5 years' experience in PR, comms or integrated agency roles A strong background working across consumer brands, ideally including tech, lifestyle or innovation A passion for earned‑first storytelling and understanding of how to bring it to life across channels Confidence in writing, pitching, client management and campaign delivery Sharp attention to detail, with solid account/project management skills A collaborative mindset and positive energy that lifts the team and the work Experience with global clients, tech platforms or influencer campaigns is a bonus Why Thrive?
