About the Role We’re looking for a commercially sharp Account Manager to own and grow key customer relationships at Arlec. In this role, you’ll: Build and manage strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers Develop sales budgets, prepare business review submissions and coordinate rollout of new product ranges Collaborate with internal teams to introduce product ranges aligned with customer needs Guide and support sales personnel to achieve targetsDrive market intelligence and competitor insights Achieve budgeted sales, margin, and account growth targets About You You’re a driven, customer-focused professional who thrives on building strong commercial relationships and delivering tangible results. You have a genuine passion for sales, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to manage high-value negotiations with major retail partners. You’re a relationship builder and results driver with: Proven experience managing national retail or major customer accounts Strong commercial and negotiation skills A detail-oriented, analytical mindset Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in spreadsheets and sales planning (Experience in Excel advantageous) A team-first attitude and high personal accountability Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field advantageous Why Arlec?
