Job Description We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Victoria. This role is key to executing visually compelling showroom displays that maximise sales potential and uphold our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement floor layouts, merchandising and visual displays aligned with company guidelines. Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure planograms are accurately followed in each store. Manage stock placement, movement and clearances to support sales performance. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to continuously enhance visual merchandising. Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to drive sales. Maintain up-to-date store floorplans using Adobe Illustrator. Provide weekly updates and visual refresh plans for store execution. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role, ideally within retail furniture or homewares. Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail. Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools. A self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude. Ability to travel regularly across VIC stores and work autonomously.
