Your New Role : As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll bring the brand's creative vision to life through captivating, trend‑focused displays that excite customers and elevate the shopping experience. Working closely with the Store Manager and fellow Visual Merchandisers, you'll translate brand guidelines into visually stunning in‑store moments—turning windows, mannequins and product displays into stories that inspire customers and drive sales. This is a role for someone who loves balancing creativity with commercial strategy, thrives in a fast‑paced, structured environment and takes pride in delivering excellence down to the smallest detail. What You'll Get Up To : Plan, design and execute visual merchandising displays aligned with brand direction, seasonal campaigns and key product focuses. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office teams to deliver consistent visual standards across all areas of the store. Support product launches and seasonal changeovers, coordinating creative execution under tight timelines. Analyse store performance and customer engagement to fine‑tune visual strategies and maximise sell‑through. Maintain display quality and operational discipline, ensuring all visual presentations feel fresh, relevant and commercially effective. Coach and guide store teams on styling techniques, presentation standards and product stories to strengthen brand representation. Keep your finger on the pulse of fashion trends, bringing new ideas and energy to every display. Experience Checklist : Previous Visual Merchandising experience in fashion retail, with a strong eye for detail and design. Proven ability to create engaging, on‑brand displays that inspire customers and drive results. Adept at interpreting visual directives and applying creative flair to suit store layouts and customer demographics. Organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities. Collaborative, communicative and confident working as part of a close‑knit store leadership team. A natural passion for fashion, styling and visual storytelling – someone who can see beauty in the details and understands how presentation influences perception.
