Groundsperson / Garden Labourer - Mobile Team

About You You have a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field will be highly regarded. This role can be physically demanding and you must have the ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods. Your ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team will help you to be successful in this role. You must have a current driver’s licence and have, or are willing to obtain, a white card and a working with children check. About the Role We are looking for a garden labourer/grounds person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This hands‑on role will work on a mobile run across areas in locations such as Roselands, Paddington and the CBD. You will require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching. Operate hand tools such as hedgers, blowers and whipper snippers and petrol gear such as push mowers and ride‑on plant equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members. Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Benefits Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish.
