As we continue to expand, we are seeking a People Insights Analyst who will play a pivotal role in transforming complex people data into actionable insights that shape our strategic direction and enhance employee experience. What you’ll do Analyse People & Culture data to surface trends and insights, delivering regular reports that inform strategic decisions. Build, maintain, and secure dashboards and metrics; ensure data accuracy across HR systems for routine and ad hoc reporting. Translate complex findings into clear, action‑oriented narratives for non‑technical audiences to drive business decisions. Streamline data collection and analysis through automation and apply predictive analytics (ML/AI) to anticipate workforce trends. Collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to enhance systems and processes using Human‑Centered Design, while upholding training and governance for data integrity and confidentiality. What we’re looking for Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX), Alteryx, SQL and/or Python , with 2+ years of hands‑on experience building analytics solutions. Practical HRIS experience (e.g., Workday), strong ETL skills, and rigorous data governance ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. Exposure to Databricks or Microsoft Fabric and at least 1 year working with ML/AI and advanced analytics methods. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident presenting to leadership and influencing strategic decisions. Collaborative and self‑directed, with experience partnering with offshore teams and applying Human‑Centered Design principles.
