Working as a Project Administrator at Quickway is exciting Quickway has been delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW for the past 19 years. We specialise in Roads & Bridges, Concrete Structures, Tunnels, Rail, Communications, Electrical, Water and Traffic Management. We have been working directly for Transport NSW for the past 8 years, and more recently Sydney Water. About the Role: You will be part of the project team delivering two bridges and associated roadworks on Quickway’s newly awarded $75m Ballina bridge duplication project, which is scheduled to commence in February 2026 and run through to completion in the second half of 2027. As a Project Administrator at Quickway, you will support the team in achieving project objectives through a variety of office and project administration tasks—ensuring an engaging role with fresh challenges each day as the project progresses. What you will bring: 3+ years working as a Project Administrator, ideally in Transport and Utilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Experience onboarding new employees, processing induction paperwork and ensuring compliance for new workers Maintaining project document management systems including registers and all project-based reporting requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident interacting with all levels of management This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in Ballina.
