The Opportunity Join our Enterprise Digital team as a Senior Product Designer , where you’ll define end-to-end user experiences for digital initiatives. Working in an agile, cross‑functional squad, you’ll shape UI and interaction design, champion customer‑centric solutions, and contribute to our Design Language System to ensure scalable, intuitive, and accessible designs. Please note this is a Fixed Term opportunity. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end product design, from research and concept development to prototyping and final UI. Conduct customer testing and gather insights to inform design decisions. Be a key member of the squad collaborating with Squad Leads, stakeholders and engineers to deliver customer‑obsessed solutions. Maintain and evolve design operations, including workflows, documentation, and quality standards. Contribute to design strategy by influencing product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes. Actively participate in design reviews, rituals, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must haves 3+ years’ experience in product design or a related field within cross‑functional digital teams. Proven ability to design across discovery and delivery phases, from feature definition to execution. Strong understanding of structured problem‑solving and user research methodologies. Familiarity with technical platforms and experience collaborating with engineering teams. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and knowledge of design systems. Excellent communication skills to articulate and influence design decisions. Creative and analytical problem‑solving skills, with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
