The role Are you organised people-focused and ready to take on a brand-new role in a dynamic team As our Property Administrator youll support the management of leases and licences across a diverse portfolio of parklands. Youll be the go-to person for coordinating documentation maintaining registers and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenesall while delivering great service to tenants and internal teams. Experience in property is preferred but not essential. Were looking for someone with a strong background in administration and an interest in learning about property within Greater Sydney Parklands. This isnt your typical property role - youll be supporting a diverse and unique portfolio of properties and tenants. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety thrives on building relationships and is keen to learn. Youll help shape systems and processes juggle competing priorities and work closely with stakeholders across government and community. For more information read the full Role Description : Property Administrator What you will bring to the role Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience in administration ideally within government or a complex organisation Confidence in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing Willingness to learn and contribute to a newly established role Ability to support lease documentation financial processes and compliance tracking Comfortable using systems like SAP and records management tools A proactive mindset and commitment to customer service About us Join the Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) in shaping the future of New South Wales.
