In this 3-month full‑time temporary position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join our high‑performing Digital Platforms team and be responsible for ensuring our CRM reflects accurate, up‑to‑date information and supports business operations effectively. Responsibilities Conduct a comprehensive data cleansing exercise in Salesforce CRM. Identify and merge duplicate customer accounts. Validate and update vehicle owner information. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Proactively reach out to customers and retailers via phone or email to confirm and update ownership details. Apply data governance best practices to maintain consistency and integrity. Document processes and findings to support future data quality initiatives. Provide regular progress updates to the Salesforce Platform and After‑Sales teams. Qualifications Quick learner, ability to hit the ground running with basic training. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, including customer outreach and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Previous experience working on data related topics would be beneficial. Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM would be a bonus.
