Conveyor Supervisor – Conveyor Systems/Preassembly work Company: HP Rural Pty Ltd (on behalf of our Overseas Client)Location: Burwood, VictoriaEmployment Type: Casual Job About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyor Supervisor to manage the preassembly work, installation and commissioning of client's conveyor systems for our tunnelling and infrastructure projects based in Burwood, VIC . The successful applicant will lead the customer's assembly teams, build conveyor system, oversee delivery and installation activities, and ensure high-quality, safe, and timely completion of all works in coordination with our client's headquarters overseas. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise customer assembly teams during installation and commissioning Oversee the delivery, preparation, and assembly of client's conveyor equipment Plan and coordinate all installation and commissioning phases Check and verify the quality of assembly work and ensure compliance with specifications Complete all required testing and commissioning documentation and protocols Provide clear technical instructions to installation personnel Train customer operations staff during assembly, commissioning, and operational phases Support and accompany operating personnel during operations, assisting with system adjustments Report progress regularly to us (HPR), our client's customer and our client in overseas Requirements Proven experience with conveyor systems (assembly, installation, and operation) Minimum 3-5 years of conveyor systems experience required Experience working in underground environments (e.g., tunnelling or mining projects) Minimum 3-5 years of underground environment experience required Strong leadership and team supervision abilities Minimum 3-5 years of team supervision experience required High level of technical and assembly knowledge Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Australian work rights required for this position Both White Card and underground certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr
