Qualifications 5+ years’ experience managing end‑to‑end payroll and confident in running the payroll department for 300+ employees. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation. Confidence in auditing and managing payroll and timekeeping systems. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams. A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.
