Fun & Flexibility: Team events, flexible work options, and a supportive environment. Responsibilities Monitor, triage, and respond to cyber security alerts across multiple platforms. Investigate phishing reports and other security incidents. Maintain endpoint security software and ensure patch compliance. Manage tickets, escalates incidents when needed, and provide excellent client communication. Contribute to a team-driven approach to security and problem-solving. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience in IT or MSP environments (Service Desk or Cyber Security preferred). Knowledge of networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Passion for learning and developing in cyber security. Nice-to-Have Cyber security or IT degree. CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or ISC2 SSCP. Experience with Sophos, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or vulnerability management tools.
