Specialist Psychologist – Clinical Delivery Recovery Station exists to empower people to live a quality life. The Opportunity We currently have one fantastic Psychologist on our team and we are looking to continue to grow Psychology as a service. We’d therefore love an experienced clinician to join us who would enjoy balancing their own caseload whilst slowly building up a team. You will be well supported by our Clinical Manager, our Head of Mental Health and the broader mental health team. Responsibilities Provide a comprehensive range of mental health services for individuals in the community, delivering trauma‑informed, person‑centred, evidence‑based interventions for moderate to severe mental health presentations. Conduct comprehensive reports based on clinical understanding, various clinical assessments and appropriate interventions. Design and implement functional behavioural assessments, gather behavioural data, and develop positive behavioural support plans for people with disability. Work with clients to identify barriers to optimal functioning and deliver interventions that enhance existing skills, create opportunities, promote wellness, remediate or restore skills, and prevent relapse. Qualifications AHPRA registered Psychologist and/or NDIS approved Behaviour Support Practitioner Current driver’s licence with use of own vehicle Willingness to provide or obtain a current WWCC and NDIS Workers Screening Benefits Flexibility – part‑time, full‑time or contract, and the option to work from home or in the office.
