Backed by a solid pipeline of diverse tenders and iconic upcoming projects, they are now seeking an Intermediate to Senior Estimator to join their Sydney team and help shape the future of high-quality construction delivery. Role Responsibilities Report directly to the Estimating Manager. Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and submissions within required timeframes. Manage tender enquiries, assess supplier quotes, and conduct detailed quote follow-ups. Carry out accurate quantity take-offs (on-screen) and prepare Bills of Quantities. Deliver high-quality estimates that meet technical and company standards. Build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships to secure competitive pricing. Conduct post-submission tender follow-ups with clients. Ensure strict compliance with all company, industry, and regulatory standards. Role Requirements We are seeking an Intermediate Estimator with 4–6 years of experience in commercial building construction, particularly within sectors such as Commercial, Education, Community, Leisure/Aquatic, Government, Health, and Infrastructure. The candidate will possess a balanced blend of technical proficiency and collaborative spirit, thriving in a supportive and innovative environment. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 4–6 years of estimating experience in commercial building projects, with exposure to sectors such as Education, Community, Leisure/Aquatic, Government, Health, and Infrastructure. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
