People & Culture Business Partner – Clinical Portfolio Focus Are you an experienced P&C professional with a passion for supporting clinical teams and driving workforce excellence? We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Group’s clinical operations. This is a strategic partnering role, working closely with clinical leaders to deliver people solutions that enhance patient outcomes, workforce capability, and employee experience across our clinical portfolio. This permanent full‑time role is based at our Clayfield head office. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will : Partner with clinical leaders to deliver tailored people strategies aligned with operational needs. Support workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives across clinical services. Drive engagement, capability development, and compliance within a regulated care environment. Act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic insight with hands‑on support. What You’ll Bring Significant experience working in or supporting operational or clinical environments (aged care, health, disability or community services highly regarded). Strong generalist HR capability across ER / IR, performance, workforce planning, and change. Ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
