About the Role In this role you are providing a memorable check in experience for travelers going to great holiday destinations, people visiting family overseas, or assisting passengers that need mobility support through the airport. As a Passenger Service Agent at Menzies Aviation, you\'ll play a fundamental role in providing exceptional service to passengers, acting as the front-line representative of our airlines, assisting passengers with various enquiries, providing travel information, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their journey. A few of the key responsibilities of a Passenger Service agent include: Exceptional customer service to passengers – acting as an airline representative Process passengers check in documents, validating passports and ensuring visa requirements Ensure a safe and on time departure of flights by efficient and friendly service Assisting passengers that need mobility support by pushing wheelchairs or guiding passengers Available to work 24/7 with a minimum 20 hours a week rostered over 5 days Monday to Sunday.
