To ensure our customers experience exceptional service and support every single time. Key Responsibilities Process sales orders accurately through SAP Provide updates on stock availability, pricing, delays and ETA’s Following up with customers pre and post servicing Respond to general product and delivery enquiries (via phone and email) Fielding enquiries regarding repairs and credits from existing clients Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management liaising with Freight companies Checking stock availability About You Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and particularly SAP will give you an edge Ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities with ease Precision and accuracy are your trademarks Strong communication skills and a team player are critical Prior experience in a product-based customer service role within an office environment is highly desirable Benefits Flexible working arrangements - work from home 2 days a week, 3 days in the office (After a 6 month training period) Join a tight-knit team, with an amazing work culture Quarterly lunches provided Unlimited free coffee - high-grade coffee machine Onsite Parking To apply online please click on the appropriate link and send your resume in WORD format.
