Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our print and large-format display team. This role is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring all jobs are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. The Account Manager will act as the main liaison between clients and our internal production, prepress, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional service. Understand client requirements and provide quotes, recommendations, and print solutions. Coordinate all stages of the job lifecycle – enquiry, artwork, production, finishing, dispatch, and delivery. Work closely with internal teams to ensure job specifications, deadlines, and quality standards are met. Monitor job progress and provide proactive updates to clients. Handle urgent requests, changes, or issues with a problem-solving mindset. Maintain accurate job records, POs, artwork files, and communication logs. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings to existing clients. Support the sales team with client insights and opportunity pipelines.
