Negotiable on experience+ Packaging Benefits + SuperThe role:The Operational Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager overseesand leads a team to provide clinical support for Residential andHome Services, focusing on operational quality and compliance.Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Administrationteam, and Clinical Officers, they facilitate the implementation oforganisational quality and compliance programs to meet the AgedCare Quality Standards. This involves conducting audits andmonitoring compliance across Warrigal locations in Illawarra,Southern Highlands, and Canberra, with occasional travel requiredto these sites.To be successful you will need:Registered Nurse with current Registration under theAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation AgencyProven substantial experience working in the Aged Careindustry in a quality or similar roleDemonstrated leadership skills and proven ability tosuccessfully lead a teamStrong interpersonal, conflict resolution skills andproblem solving abilitySuperior verbal and written communication skills includingthe ability to prepare reportsAbility to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlineswith proven attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated proficiency using computer systems includingMicrosoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a MicrosoftWindows environmentUnderstanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care QualityStandardsCurrent Driver’s LicenseBenefits to you:Competitive pay and NFP salary packaging including up to$15,900 in pre-tax earnings plus $2,650 to contribute towardsentertainment benefits each FBT yearCommitment to on-going professional and career developmentopportunitiesFlexible working arrangements –Career break schemes and purchased leaveGet Healthy at Work programAn intentional workplace culture, working with inspiringpeople who have passion and heartAbout Us:Our workplace culture, what we call
