The ideal candidate will be available to work approximately 15-25 hours per week, including a combination of early morning, evening and weekend availability. About the role As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for results, inspiring your community to exercise, growing the membership base of Fernwood Waurn Ponds, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive. Your role and responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and lead enquiries, booking them in for club tours. Taking prospects through a needs analysis and club tour, providing membership options to help them start their fitness journey. Reaching monthly membership sales and retention targets. Following and implementing the brand sales and service strategies. Using the brand tools, scripts and procedures to build consistency and effectiveness. Using the brand CRM system to manage communication of client connections. Encouraging referrals and community lead generation activities. Building relationships with clients through the delivery of customer service. Networking with local business to create awareness and generate leads. Connecting and identifying your customers' needs to determine what solution is best for them. Converting leads to members and make an impact on the club's membership base growth targets. Demonstrating solution‑based selling. Evaluating sales reports daily and working towards daily and weekly targets. Attending webinar and state sales training sessions. Effectively working with minimum direction with desire and ability to self‑manage and achieve set targets. Hours The ideal candidate will be available to work approximately 15-25 hours per week, including a combination of early morning, evening and weekend availability, within our staffed hours: Monday - Thursday 5:45am - 7pm Friday 5:45am - 2pm Saturday 7:45am - 1pm Sunday 7:45am - 12pm Skills & experience You're a woman with a hands‑on, positive, can‑do attitude. Passionate about women’s health and fitness. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and build strong relationships quickly. Can work towards targets with enthusiasm. Enthusiastic sales focus; able to identify sales, service and marketing opportunities. Experience with face‑to‑face sales will be highly regarded.
