In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Your responsibilities will include : Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding. Coordinating interviews for the Talent team and hiring managers. Conducting initial screening calls to assess skills and cultural fit. Building and maintaining talent pools to support future hiring needs. Managing administrative tasks, including daily and weekly reporting. What You’ll Need to Succeed You thrive under pressure, stay positive when working to targets, and know how to prioritize effectively. You’re curious about people and businesses, eager to learn, and committed to doing the right thing. Ideally, you’ll bring : Experience in a similar role, call centre or phone-based environment Exceptional phone manner and strong attention to detail. Experience using a CRM and proficiency in Excel.
