Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding. Coordinate interviews for the Talent team and hiring managers. Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills and cultural fit. Build and maintain talent pools to support future hiring needs. Manage administrative tasks, including daily and weekly reporting. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience in a similar role, call centre or phone-based environment. Exceptional phone manner and strong attention to detail. Experience using a CRM and proficiency in Excel. Solution-focused mindset and collaborative approach. Drive, commitment, and a hunger to succeed. What's in it for you?
