Why you’ll enjoy this role In this role, you’ll be at the heart of student engagement—coordinating our national Student Ambassador Program and supporting prospective students as they explore study, intern, and volunteer abroad opportunities. You’ll recruit and train ambassadors, guide them through on-campus promotional activities, and help deliver engaging student-to-student marketing initiatives across Australian universities. You’ll also play a key role in enquiry management, ensuring students receive timely, accurate, and friendly communication as they progress from initial interest to application. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to recruitment events, online information sessions, and the creation of digital and print marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, maintain strong relationships with universities and students, and assist with reporting, data updates, and administrative tasks. This is a varied, hands‑on role where your ideas matter, your coordination skills shine, and your work directly contributes to meaningful global learning experiences. What we’re looking for Experience in a sales‑driven, customer‑facing, or student engagement role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, priorities, and seasonal workloads. Bachelor’s degree (highly regarded but not essential) with relevant experience. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach. Advanced IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and digital communication platforms. Ability to coordinate and support groups of student ambassadors across multiple campuses. High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving ability. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative small team. Strong customer service orientation, ideally in a cross‑cultural environment. Salary A$70,000 – A$75,000 pa (pending qualifications and experience) + 12% super 4 weeks paid annual leave (full time equivalent + the days between Christmas and New Year as paid leave) Centrally located Gold Coast office Flexible work hours.
