About the Opportunity We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Project Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in either Brisbane or Melbourne . Someone who’s ready to help shape the next chapter of Kokoda and lead the charge on truly iconic projects. This role places you at the forefront of Teneriffe Banks , a multi-use riverside precinct that broke records with $285 million in launch-day sales and is setting a new benchmark for design-led living in Australia. For a marketing professional, this is the kind of opportunity that doesn’t come around often, working on market-leading projects with a team that values excellence. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the positioning, promotion and performance of Kokoda’s luxury developments across residential, hospitality and commercial projects. You’ll lead full-scale marketing strategies and campaigns, bringing to life our premium brand and commercial vision across every touchpoint. About the Role Lead the development and execution of project marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Create, implement and monitor marketing plans across digital, print and event channels Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, email campaigns, social content, presentations and sales tools Assist with high-impact launch events, VIP previews, display suite activations and stakeholder functions Manage agency relationships and media bookings to ensure timely delivery of assets Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy Own and manage project marketing budgets and invoices, ensuring alignment to forecast Track performance of marketing initiatives and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders Work closely with Sales, Development and Creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand messaging Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle About You Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Public Relations Proven experience in property development marketing, including launches Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Data-literate, with an ability to analyse insights and performance metrics Creative thinker and natural problem-solver Committed to continuous learning, high performance and quality outcomes Positive, proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude Why Join Us?
