You will lead a high‑performing team, strengthen partnerships with leaders, and drive improvements. In This Role, You Will Lead, develop, and inspire a large recruitment team to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused services. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that address current and future workforce needs across MLHD. Provide expert advice to senior leaders on recruitment matters, workforce trends, and talent attraction strategies. Champion change and continuous improvement, enhancing systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement. Represent MLHD in state‑wide forums and working groups, contributing to sector‑wide workforce initiatives. To find out more, please review the Position Description. About You You are a people‑focused, outcomes driven, energetic leader who thrives in a high‑volume, dynamic environment. You enjoy balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on operational delivery. You’ll Bring Proven experience leading a recruitment or workforce team within a complex organisation. Strong understanding of recruitment policies, governance, and best‑practice methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Proven capability to lead through change, drive collaboration, and build a culture of performance and accountability.
