About the Role: We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents. What You'll Need: ✔️ A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences. ✔️ Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded). ✔️ Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills. ✔️ Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team. ✔️ A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable. ✔️ Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical NDIS Worker Screening Check Create a Life Full of Meaning If you are a passionate leader who believes every day should be filled with purpose and joy, this is your chance to make a profound difference.
