Role Lifestyle Coordinator | North Parramatta | Full Time Step into a role where you can inspire, engage, and bring joy to the lives of our residents. As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will lead the Lifestyle programme at our North Parramatta Facility. You’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering programmes that are vibrant, meaningful, and tailored to the interests and needs of each resident. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate a resident-driven leisure program that enhances psychological, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to offer leisure and recreation activities that promote self-esteem and personal fulfilment. Lead and support Leisure and Lifestyle staff, working closely with the broader team to deliver high-quality person-centered service. Monitor and evaluate programmes regularly to ensure they are meaningful and meet resident needs, providing suggestions for improvement. Assist the Leisure and Lifestyle Department in meeting accreditation requirements.
