Job Description Lead the design, development, and implementation of DuckCreek Billing solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Ensure the quality and performance of DuckCreek Billing applications. Monitor and resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and design. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications 10+ years experience in technology. 4+ years hands‑on experience with DuckCreek Billing. 2+ years experience as a tech lead. Proficiency in designing and implementing technology solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience in leading projects and mentoring team members. Strong communication and documentation skills. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from AUD 150,000 to AUD 160,000. Comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid working model – 2 days WFH.
