A variety of shifts are available to suit your lifestyle, with flexibility of permanent work across a 14‑day roster. You will encourage residents to live long and healthy lives. Your role entails providing caring, compassionate and patient interaction with older people, and may include personal care, hospitality and housekeeping support. Key Requirements Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability or Nursing students Students studying aged care certificates please apply Good communication skills, computer and documentation skills Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week Able to work in a team of dedicated staff Demonstrated knowledge of manual handling and safe lifting practices Current Police Check Flexible working arrangements Salary sacrifice of up to $15,900 (tax‑free) to increase your take‑home income Further learning and career development opportunities Paid study leave Application Process As part of your application, you will be asked to complete pre‑employment checks.
